Technical Requirements:

Pokémon Learning League is both PC and Mac compatible.  You may access the website using a computer, Internet connection, and any browser with Flash version 8 or higher, which is already installed on most web browsers.  For a free upgrade, click here.

Technical Problems

Issues:

• trouble logging in
• the website reloads after I log in but I can’t access content
• graphics seem to be missing
• error message in the player
• the animation freezes

Solution: Most technical issues are related to the Flash version used by your browser.  These issues can be easily solved by updating your browser’s version of Flash.  Please click here for a free download of the latest Flash version.  Then, please close your browser, clear your browser’s cache/cookies (usually found under the Tools option in your browser’s tool bar), and try again.

Issues:

• the PDF documents won’t load
• the colors in the PDF document don’t print as they are represented on screen

Solution: Please upgrade your version of Adobe Reader.  For a free update, click here.

Issue:

• trouble using the features in the Admin area of the website

Solution: For step by step instructions on how to use the website’s administrative features, please view the how-to guide.

Issue:

• did not receive confirmation email after registering

Solution: The activation link is sent to the email address provided at registration. Make sure to check your SPAM or Junk Mail folder to ensure that emails from Pokémon Learning League are delivered to your inbox. Thereafter, you can log in with your user name and password in the upper right hand box on the homepage.
